Hey AC

So I was in south western Ontario the other day for a family birthday. I went on a walk with my cousin and there was a ditch with some filamentous algae growth along with an unfamiliar aquatic plant. I decided to take some home as I have this strange bucket experiment currently, with a similar algae growing. It is basically just a bucket with a CFL bulb over it and excessive nutrients to make algae blooms. After quite some research on Google image, I came to the conclusion that what I have is aquatic forget me not. It's been a couple day's, the plants seems to be happy in the bucket. Can anyone share any knowledge of this plant and it's possible use in aquariums? Can anyone confirm this as Aquatic forget-me-not?

Thanks for reading.

Not really aquarium related

A dragon fly birthed out of the algae bucket, I did not want to release him because it's way too cold out but he died after a few days indoors.

How extremely cool. Most dragonflies do not live long in their adult stage. Usually only long enough for reproduction to take place. Perhaps a few days was all that his adult life consist of.

I would have loved that. Dragonflies are one of my all time favorite insect.
