Aquatic Frog, Dwarf?

I just wondering if anyone has had any dwarf frogs in there tank.
how big do they get? and are they ez to keep? and what kind of food do they need.
where they fall in terms of bio-load and waste?

As far as terms of waste - they're like a medium sized tetra - though I would argue they don't produce much more than an adult neon poop-wise.
