arowana getting droopy eye

my arowana is getting one droopy eye only... is there any way to get rid of it?

how large is this fish, what size tank is this fish in, how many and what kind of other fish are in this tank and what are your ammonia, nitrite and nitrate readings.

By droopy eye do you mean pop eye? Sorry I'm not to big on diseases. But if they are the same thing than yes they can get popeye in only one eye(personal experience)

Theres really nothing you can do for it.
I have heard of hobbyists from the East operate on their arowanas, but i do not recommend that.
