I have a breeding tank of red cherry shrimp/celestial pearl danios/black worms. I got some hitchhiker snails on a few plants and they are breeding like mad! Would a few assassin snails be safe in there or would they snack on my worms and/or shrimp/fish young?

I think that they will eat your worms. They love frozen blood worms.

The worms will be lunch but will out breed what the assassins can eat or get deep enough in the substrate the assassins won't find them.

As far as shrimp go I have kept them for years with shrimp no problems any attacks are extremely rare and again the shrimp will out breed what the assassins might eat and I mean might with a large grain of salt.

Now fish are no worries unless they are dead or dying and are an easy grab, but eggs maybe a different story... I have not run that experiment yet.
