I recently had a couple births in my 10 gallon tank. My silver mollie had like 15 babies and my guppy had 6 babies. I currently have them seperated in a breeder net. I was wondering how big they should be before putting them in the tank and i was also wondering if i should feed some to the fish in my 75 gallon tank, because im afraid if i add all of them to my 10 gallon tank it might get over crowded. I already have some friends that i plan to give some to but that only gets rid of like 6 of them.

How many fish do you have in the 10 gallon not counting the babies?

i have about 15 fish. 6 cory cats but im moving a couple, 3 mollies, and the rest guppys. I use this tank mainly just for breeding.

You want to make sure they are bigger than the biggest fish's mouth before you put them back in. Don't feed them to other fish, it makes me sad :sad lol you could probably give some to your LFS if you don't have room for them.

i will most likely end up giving them to my friends because several of my friends have recently started up tanks.

Good plan, I hate feeding them to bigger fish too. As those babies grow your 10 gallon is going to become very crowded.
