bala shark with white dot on eye

my bala has a tiny white speck in the middle of his eye. is this flukes?

how do i fix this?

should i get prazipro?

i have a rtbs and a rainbow shark

The few times I've seen this was on discus and it was always a water quality issue. Does it clear up after a large partial, then come back?
