Been a while, tank updates!

I bought a bag of these guys yesterday for the 135 Gallon tank... Brilliant Rasbora's.. Nice little guys.. sharp but subtle colouring, and they school really tightly like other rasbora's

Geez, hook our store up with your supplier! All of your fish are beautiful with such defined colors! I'm serious about that supplier part...PM or e-mail me if possible.

I think these Rasbora's came out of Delta in Vancouver B.C... The Eels came in from Florida somewhere, I haven't been able to get the name of the supplier yet.

I am a big fan of those rasboras. They have great colours in my opinion. They get too big for me to have a nice school of them unfortunately.

They get to around 2.5 inches... so I think a school of 40+ should look ok in my 135 Gallon. I wanted a schooling fish large enough that my angel and bala's wouldn't eat them.. (they've been eyeing them since I put them in though.. lol)

Will balas eat smaller fish? I know angels will but not sure about the sharks.

A nice school like that would look great. The larger fish will probably keep them in a tight school too.

Bala's are giant stupid (I love them, but they are not the smartest fish in my tanks) fish that will eat anything that fits in their mouths.. heh.. I lost several smaller greeneyed rasbora's a while ago because the bala's were chasing htem trying to eat them. The Bala's never really ate more then about 3.... But they would scare them so bad the fish would jump out of the tank and into the three 165 watt VHO bulbs I used to have in teh canopy.

I was removing little dried up fish for a few weeks there... not fun.

You've got some REALLY fascinating pics boss! My LFS had a beauty of a tire track, but someone knabbed it before I could for 30 bucks, but I mean this one was a sexy fish!
