Best lighting for nano tank?

:help: I plan on making densely planted tank in my new 30L nano tank.


So which would you guys recommend?

Aqua One Lamp PL-18w Bio-Lux (14000K)?
Aqua OneLamp PL-18w Marine Blue(12000)?
Aqua OneLamp PL-18w Triphosphor(7100K)?

The 7100K bulb, should work fine.

i would use the 7.1K, but i would also considering using two 11 watt bulbs too one 7.1K and one 8K
