best place to buy Bolivian Rams

Ask the seller where the Bolivian Rams are from, the majority of the weak, deformed and infertile fish come from the Singapore breeders because they use hormones to increase growth and early development of colour. In the thread here we talked about it a little (somewhere in there):

Where I have talked about stocking etc.
FYI the best Rams at this point in the time are coming from local breeders who have now got "clean" stock - ie started from asian bred fish but obviously the fry produced are healthy and not subjected to hormones, these fish are much nicer and healthier.
Imported - ask around, find Bolivians that have come from the Czech republic or Germany, they have the nicest stock and best breeding program IMO. I get my Bolivians from the Czech.

Check around to see if there are any breeders at your local fish club. (If you have a local aquarium club!)

I buy my blue rams at petsolutions because I know that they are not deformed, gene mutated variations. Also, they are very nice looking. I have bought on more than one occasion. They also have bolivian rams.
