Best plants for nutrient uptake?

Ok! That makes me feel alot better about this. I was hoping i would be able to scape it somewhat, and having a variety of choices definitely helps that. Thanks for the link TTA, i gather from it that my options are not strictly limited to stem plants or floaters. I'm thinking an assortment of fast growing stem plants, some crypts and pygmy chain swords should do the trick. Thanks for all the suggestions and help everyone!

Be careful on acquiring the Pygmy Chain Sword. There are several sp. of Echinodorus tenellus. Most people don't ID them right. The only way I can tell, is to grow them and see how big they get. http://plantgeek.net/plant-217.htm
 
Lol Gamer. I've got scads... Need some? Thanks for the tip FTM. I'm most likely gonna be sourcing it on here so hopefully there won't be that much of a problem.
