Betta with clamped fins

My bettas fins are clamped. I have no idea why. He's in a 10 gallon quarentine and the params are ammo-0, nitrite-0, didnt check nitrate. Tankmates are 4 bolivian rams and 2 turquoise rainbows. No one bothers anyone. There's an aquaclear 50 as filteration and there are floating plants. I dont think he ate and hes staying near the top. Ill post a picture in a sec.

sorry that it died...clamped fins and be from allot of things, but its extremely hard to treat. and almost always end in death.

not sure..depends on why the fish got the clamped fins .. large water changes for the next few days, could be bacterial or fungal...or from how the fish was kept before ..what is the temp of the tank?
