betta's and frogs?

If you mean african dwarf frogs, then yes they should get along fine. You will just have to make sure the frog gets food as they are not good at getting it because of there poor eyesight.

you can feed them frog and tadpole bites from HBH. They sink to the bottom and i have had good success with them.

My ADF will only eat frozen bloodworms or chopped up earthworm. I also handfeed him since my Betta is notorious for stealing the frogs food even attempting to take it from my fingers. LOL

I've had success with feeding bloodworm only. I have two dwarf frogs and two female bettas in a 10 gallon with two shrimp. I thaw out the blood worm in tank water so that some will get to the bottom, past the bettas.

The frogs make the most boring pets of all-time, in my opinion. Mine hardly ever move!

Mine are hilarious IMO...they like to chill on my plants, float around on the surface. I have one that likes to swim into the filter's current, and then stretch out and drift backwards. Another one just flips out periodically and goes nuts zoomin' around the tank.

Honestly, the whole reason I decided to set up a tank again (15 gallon, 4 frogs) was because I wanted ADF's. The Neons and whatnot I am getting are just to help fill the tank a little :)
