Just thought I'd post a pic for all those wondering if bettas can peacefully coexist with other fish. Here's my betta and panda cory taking a rest together.

We have a male betta and two female bettas - I have always heard about the famous male siamese fighting fish - but in our tank, the female is the most aggressive. We had to remove her from the males tank as she ate his fins...She now resides in the community tank where she bullies the guppies and gourami's...
had a male in my 15 and had to move him out he was chasing my silver dollars all over, they had a mafia fight going on so out came the male now he is all alone in his own little betta bowl. Once I get my new tank I am moving the silver dollars and then I will try my hand at planting my 15, then I might put the male back in there. We'll see.
