Hello AC. Thanks for taking the time to lend a thought on this subject.
I am currently using a BioCube 14 gallon tank for a freshwater setup, and I have noticed that the 137 gph circulation pump (for the wet/dry filter setup) seems to produce a water flow geared more toward a marine setup. Not to mention that most of the threads involving a BioCube list it as a nano-reef tank.
Am I just exhausting freshwater fish with this much flow?
Will species that come from swiftly moving streams like the danios I currently have in there do alright?
Are there any small cleaners (shrimp, oto's, etc.) that will survive a swift current?
I have some small snails that hitchhiked in on some of the live plants, but I was hoping to maybe introduce some others in the future.
