BiOrb iHeat Information Needed!

I've been hating the standard heater in my 30L BiOrb since the day I got it. The BiOrb's all beautiful and contemporary and silver, then there's this big black rod that I have to tie to my bubble tube with string and the cable looks awful and, urgh. So, I was really excited when I found out that there's a new heater supposedly coming soon - called iHeat. It looks like a turquoise disc that sits on your ceramic media. I really, really want one, despite the £50 price tag.

Google though I might, I just can't find out when these things might be on sale - nor can I find out where it gets its power from (though I think it plugs into the transformer with the light and filter, I don't know for certain). I've seen sites that list it with a price but no option to buy, and it's really frustrating. ReefOne's site makes no mention of it at all, which just exacerbates the annoyance.

Does anyone know anything about it along the lines of availability or cables?

I haven't heard of this new iHeat device, but I am curious as to why you are tying your current heater to the bubble tube? Isn't there a plastic stand you can get that sticks to the side of the tank via suction cups? (Must admit, I've never been too sure how this would work with a bowl - no flat surfaces - so maybe this is why you don't have one.) They don't cost much. It is still a nasty black 'thing' in your stylish tank though, don't think there is any getting away from that!
