i have a african cichlid with orange fins,,,, i think i have seen these when they are mature and they turn from black to blue??? any help on it's name?

P. acei tanzania is a really dark purple/black with dark yellow to orange tips on its fins and tail, it doesn't turn blue though as it matures.
