Black Skirts or Black phantoms....

I am currently planning to relocate my platys and glofish danios to my 20 gallon high tank with my neon tetras. In my 55 gallon, that is currently housing 4 angelfish, 6 danios, and 5 platys, when the platys and danios are moved, I am placing new tankmates. I am currently deciding to go for black skirts or black phantoms. According to aqadvisor, phantom tetras will fin nip the angelfish while black skirts will not. I might go for black skirts or black phantoms?

I like Black Phantoms much more then Black Skirts. I have Phantoms with my Angels with no problems.
IMO--Black Skirts start loosing color as they grow.

Of the two I also would go with the phantoms. Just more high definition if you ask me. I happen to be moving my angels to a 55 and I'm pretty sure I am going to give serpaes a try.
