bleeding heart tetra behavior

i have 13 in a 55 and i've been noticing the three biggest doing this basically all the time. they swim kind of at an angle..its hard to explain so i took a video with a very old digital camera, so please excuse the quality.

and i also had another question ive been meaning to ask but i never got around to it..some of the tetra have longer fins with more red and the others have smaller fins with white tips...you can see the smaller ones on the left side of the video and the three im focused on have the longer redder fins..
is there a difference between them?

Looks like the usual male tetras displaying to each other. It's nice there are 3 so there isn't a "winner" & "loser". Congrats on keeping a big school, always better to me.

I couldn't see the other fish but there are several tetra species that look very similar plus some color & fin variations.
 
I was going to say the same thing. There is a possibility that there are some color variations or color morphs. I do not think you have anything to worry about. It seems to be that your tetras are acting in a normal fashion and they look very healthy to me. It sounds like you have a nice size school of them.
