Does anyone know if Bleeding Heart tetras are known to be fin nippers? I have 3 and one in particular chases some of my other fish (white clouds, danios & platys). Any ideas why or what I can do to stop this? The tank is a 55g. I have a few plants, some driftwood, rocks,etc..

I'm not sure if they are in particular, but alot of the tetras can be pretty nippy. Have you had them for long, or could they just be settling in? If they're not new, you could get 3 or so more, it might make them school a little better and bring the attention back to themselves. Also, are there any taller plants to break up the chase line? That helped in one of my tanks (only it was a molly terrorizing my tetras!!)

I use to have a pair of them and didn't have any trouble untell they got big, then they became quite the chasers.
But like with most fish, they all have a different temperment.
You may try to rearrange your tank, sometimes this will help by making them have to stake out new territory.
