I added a blk fin shark fish to an establish 30 gal tank with a Pacu & an Oscar. Will be putting them in a 60 when they get bigger. They are all just small right now. Anyway, all perameters are normal; ammonia zero, nitrites zero, alk slighty on the high side. My question- the blk fin shark seems very unhappy. He swims the same pattern on the end of the tank, over & over. He rarely explores any other areas of the tank; He acts like a wild cat in a cage, like he wants out. Would he be happier in a goldfish tank? IOWs, What is the ideal situation for one of these fish? :thud:

Black fin shark are brackish to marine AFAIK. And will need a larger tank (as well as the pacu) than a 60g. I'd say 100+g would suit the shark, and a pond would suit the pacu.
