Is it normal for a blue/three spot gourami to get gold coloring?
I think she was a bout a year old when I first noticed a goldish spot appearing beneath her dorsal. I thought at the time maybe she had damaged herself (cause I'd just seen her do that a few days or weeks before then) and it was scar tissue or a bruise, but I think it's been a year give or take since then and it's still there. Slightly bigger than it started out.
I know that blues and golds are related, are there mixed blue golds too?
Or is it just marbling like bettas?
I just want to make sure changing colors later in life (toddler years anyway) is not a health related thing or something?
