Blue Pearl and Red Cherry Shrimp Breeding

Do you think it is possible to breed a Blue Pearl Shrimp and a Red Cherry Shrimp together to produce shrimp that are purple?

I recently saw some April fools posts about Purple Crystal Shrimp (photoshop), and thought I could pull off a purple shrimp through actual breeding.

I already have the Blue Pearl Shrimp and I would just need some Red Cherry Shrimp.

No, I think they would just revert to their natural colors. Although purple shrimp would be awsome!

They just come out brown (natural coloration)

I am pretty sure you would get a wild-type coloration, but why not try it out anyway? In a worst-case scenario, you get some feeder shrimps for larger fish.
