Hi all,
I picked up 10 Bolivian Rams about a month ago and immediately placed them in a 20 gallon, planted quarantine tank. While in quarantine, I treated them proactively with API General Cure, Melafix, Pimafix and Levamisole because I've read that they can be inclined to carry parasites although I have yet to see any evidence of this group having any disease.
I didn't see any worms drop out of them nor did I see any worms on the substrate after treating with Levamisole. Would this mean that they didn't have any camallanus infections? For reference, I purchased the Levamisole from a reputable seller on aquabid so I have no doubt that it wasn't expired.
So, would you be comfortable moving them out of quarantine at this point? It seems that the 20 gallon tank might be getting a bit small for them at this point.
