Bosemani mouth ulcers?

My bosemani have ich I'm treating them for ich. Now I notice what I thought was an ich spot on the lower lip of both of them, except larger looking.
It's firm looking, like hanging skin, not cottony or anything.
They are still eating fine, sorry I can't get a pic because they won't sit still and my camera is very slow.
What could this be? How should I treat it?

i think its alright, mine had that too but later disappeared on its own
