my blood parrots have been being bothered by the weather loaches i have with them
the weather loaches randomly swim right at the bps and it seems like they try to gt behind the gill covers
i know some cichlids spit food out of their gills but i have never seen the parrots do this and the weather loaches do not do this at feeding time but usually it happens half way betweens feeding
is this a major problem or is this just harmless play

thanks much

Harmless stunt. Weather loaches will never try to harm another tankmate. My severums ate the shrimps and my clown loaches tried to pull the meat out of their mouths and even bit and pulled the pectoral fins of the sevs in their efforts to pull the meat. If the severums also release the pellets from their gills, the loaches would attempt to try staying near the gills and get everything that are released from the gills.

thanks alot as the weather loach is actually my favorite fish as he survived a house fire and one week in black water and only found him when we cleaned out the tank so it wouldn't stink and was hoping that he was not becoming something evil
