I have some red algae starting to build in my tank. What bottom feeder or any fish rather will eat that?

If by red algae you mean diatoms, Otocinclus will sometimes eat that. If you mean a brush-type or hairy algae, I don't know of anything that eats that. Try CO2 injection and fast-growing live plants — that may outcompete the algae for nutrients. If your tank isn't overstocked and you're doing regular water changes, you should have fewer algae issues.
