I have six serpaes in a 20 gallon and would like to add a bottom feeder if possible, but cories are too docile for these guys. Can anyone suggest a bottom feeder that stays small enough for a 20 gallon but can also put up with the obnoxiousness of the serpaes? :)
Thanks!

well cories are pretty yough little guys... Hmm you could do a small pleco like a bristlenose but that would even be pushing it... what about some khuli loaches they are pretty quick and will hide if threatened...

Cories can be pretty active in their own right when they're in a group, so I wouldn't count them out as a possibility (unless you really dont want them.)

Cories will do just fine. I would go with green or peppered cories because they get a bit bigger (and therefore tougher) than many other popular species.
