I have a branching hammer coral that seems to be sprouting anew? I can't be 100% sure but from the branches I see new small clumps of hammers. I will try again this evening to get a pic of it. They are hard to photograph so here is the best I could do. Anyone ever seen this before?
I've seen branching frogspawn do the same thing. One of the LFSs near me has a couple pieces from a local tank right now that's doing exactly what you're showing. It's very cool!
