To answer your earlier question--it really depends on the temperament of the FM whether the two get along, but I generally like to advise that you keep angels in more acidic pHs and FMs in slightly alkaline, harder waters. You can get angels that are acclimatized to your water, of course, but that's just a rule of thumb that I tend to go by.
