breeding colombian red fin tetras

hi, im new here. i was wondering how i would go about for breeding these tetras? i currently have 5 of them in an 85 gallon tank with other fish. can i put them in a 12 gallon tank and try to breed them in there?

I have never bred tetras before, but I dont think its very hard. look it up online

I did a quick google, and there's some general info here, and here, and here. Sounds like they spawn like most characins.

Here's a Google search for your fish. I didn't see much about breeding, so you might want to try standard techniques for characins: soft, acidic water and plants for the eggs to hide in.
