I was thinking and I remember using bricks when we had mudslider turtles. Can I use common red bricks in ny Mudskipper tank? How do I sanitise them? Will they affect the water paraments?

Boiling will sanitize them. Will they affect your water...that depends. If they are colored concrete bricks and your water is hard, probably not. If your water is soft, then they likely will. Find out what kind of bricks they are first (and your water parameters). I'd look into the dye used also. I don't think it's toxic but I'm not certain.
