I didn't vote, but lately I've been primarily using Firefox although I still use IE from time to time. There are still a few sites I need to access that are unhappy with browsers other than IE.

What's the difference between Netscape and Mozilla. It says Mozilla when I turn Netscape on. Personally, I like IE, but at work, we have Border Manager, and this works only on IE...so I use Netscape :)
Last I checked, Netscape (or whoever owns them now) took an older version of Mozilla, added in their adware and other 'features', and called it Netscape. I'm not positive, but I believe Netscape is inferior to Mozilla in just about every way.

AOL - thats me.

At home hubby's computer (which I use more than my own) has Mozilla, which I absolutely LOVE but I belong to a few MSN private groups, and for some reason I cannot get the message window to load using the Mozilla... other than that, it's the perfect browser!

At work, and on my own home computer I have IE, which I also love only because I'm so familiar with the layout etc.... but hate that I have to have 4 pop up blockers loaded in order to function!

i dunno..but thats what bugged me about switching to firefox..i had to redownload all my flash plugins etc..

Well I found out you can download the Java version of Opera, but the file size is a BIG difference. SO --- I downloaded the regular version of Opera, but when I actually went to use it, I didn't like it. There was ads on the page, and I didn't like how the buttons were arranged. Anyway, I deleted Opera. :(

Firefox is a slimmed down version of Mozilla. Mozilla is much larger, and would take up too much space on my overworked computer. I find that Firefox runs fatser on slow puters, nice new quick ones there's not much difference. In order to use IE, I have to reboot into Windows (I set myself up as dual-boot, I use Gentoo but reserve a small partition for Windows in case I can't emulate something needed for class), so I just use Firefox. I like the stability and the awesome pop-up blocking. Since switching over to Linux I have far less worries about viruses and worms and such to.
