I was a long time Mozilla fan, but recently switched to Opera. The difference in page rendering times is unbelievable. Mozilla is just too slow. Give Opera a try, I think you will like it. Built in pop-up blocking as well. The mail client inside Opera is a gem and much better in handling IMAP than Mozilla's mail client.

I have both and I dont notice much of a difference...

Mozilla does have a memory leak problem though, I will admit.

I don't notice that Mozilla is that slow on my up to date machine, but I have an old p2 that Mozilla is horrible on. Opera on the same machine screams...

I use Firefox. Much quicker than fullblown Mozilla. Haven't tried Opera yet, but some of my friends swear by it.

I find it amusing that Mozilla/Firefox has the same percentage as Internet Exploder right now :mrgreen:

I use SlimBrowser...built on IE technology...uses all the old IE favorites and such, but is far more stable...blocks popups very efficiently....and is free.

I use Mozilla currently but plan to eventually migrate to Firefox. I've tried Opera in the past and didn't particularly care for it. I hear it's great, but it just doesn't fit me.

Aside from the fact IE has been lagging far behind feature-wise for a while, I don't like its integration with the OS and the inherent security issues. It's a lot better than it used to be, but there's still too much potential for security issues. That goes for anything that uses IE's engine.

What's the difference between Netscape and Mozilla. It says Mozilla when I turn Netscape on. Personally, I like IE, but at work, we have Border Manager, and this works only on IE...so I use Netscape
