When you have a female that is pretty close to poping I would do a water change. Remember to do weekly water changes with them, guppies need clean water. But usually the day after a water change, you will notice some guppy fry hiding in your tank.
 
Even though goldfish are a cold water fish (60 degrees) they are commonly kept in homes where the thermastat is set for 70.
They will live for years in the house without being 60 degrees.
A 10 galon tank is not big enough for a goldfish. As is gets bigger you should move it to at least a 20. Better yet buy it a friend and put them in a 30 together.
The guppies will probably do okay at room temperature. But would thrive at 75-80. As the goldfish gets bigger he wil EAT the guppies.
When the guppy gives birth the guppy will eat half her babies and the goldfish will eat the rest, in a hurry.
The fry will probably not survive in room temperature water.
