i can see cold packs not being used because weather has varied so much this summer and especially depending on the reason, but no breather bags? i thought everyone used those automatically.

Actually, from what I've seen, most people don't use breather bags and I've done my fair share of buying from AB. The one time I did receive fish in breather bags, they all arrived with pretty bad ammonia burns (each one was individually bagged, 8 fish total). I'm sure it could have been an isolated incident, but so far, I'm not sold on breather bags (especially with how thin they are and lack of rigidity).

well chickelady, I dont think it woould be real nice of me since I did get my money back and have spoke with him about better shipping. I think he is a good guy just had a bad shipping lesson. so I think ill just not say who. Sorry

I agree with Kelley regarding not identifying the seller. It may have been his/her first time shipping and it wouldn't be proper to name them. Besides, the seller made good on the cost of the fish, although it's a shame the fish died.
