Bump on gill cover of GloFish Tetra (with video)

I noticed one of my GloFish Tetras got a bump/tumor (?) on the edge of the gill cover a few days ago.
Color: White/pale, non-transparent
Shape: round
Size: diameter close to 1/8"
He behaves normally and eats well so far.
