Buying a ps3 today..

Any recommendations on some good games? Any good shooter games, preferably 2 player, or anything else that may keep someone interested and is worth the $50 they ask for the games lol

i have ps3 and xbox and i usually get multiplayer games for my xbox
umm im not sure if too many shootergames have co-op
