Well, I let Mr. and Mrs. Puff go back to the store. I traded them in for two other fish and some supplies.

They did lay some eggs before I took them back, so I'm watching the eggs.....just in case.

In all honesty, I felt like I couldn't keep up with their care. They have a little more special needs in comparison to my other fish. I can't do the very frequent water changes. I don't get any help from my husband, and that leaves eight tanks for me to take care of alone.

I also couldn't always get the food that was more beneficial for them. It wasn't easy to find crabs or crayfish for them. I knew there were some days they were just hungry, and I had nothing for them. Not even large feeder comets.

I hope they can get in a home where they will get more and better attention.

I know what you mean! I have 9 tanks totalling 430g, 2 amphibian river tanks, a turtle habitat, canary & dog! Nevermind the husband! Sometimes I would like to leave him, but what would I do with all my tanks! ;o)
