I'm fighting callamanus worms in my aquarium. Can they be passed to humans? The more I read up on the subject, the more I become terrified of sticking my arm in the tank for gravel vacuuming. I'm a clean freak who scrubs down with antibacterial soap after aquarium maintenance, so should I be worried?
