if you have a sports/action mode you can try that .. it is for movieing objects..i havent tried that mode on my camera yet .. i usually just do macro mode and the flash..
and try putting the camera on a down angle to control the bounce of the flash.. and another thing ive started doing with my pics when in macro mode is useding a difusser for the flash.. i just have a piece of plastic cut from a milk jug and place it infront of the flash and it helps calm the flash some .. here is some example pics..

here is a side by side pic of what it does ..

and the diffuser i was mentioning..

you can also play around with the settings and turn off all the light in the room and just have the aquarium lights on and try that way ..play with the manual settings on the camera .. i dont know anything about your camera but i have a Olympus C 740 Ultra Zoom ..

TipStylez, increasing the lighting above your target and increasing the shutterspeed will help capture moving objects more clearly. I know that the 'sports' setting on my own camera really doesn't help much with moving fish.

Marn, I don't know if your camera has the same function but I can control the intensity of the flash on mine, turning it down rather than placing an object in front of it (it's a little more convenient). I have the Olympus C-765 UltraZoom, so I would imagine that you may have the same feature.

well im still learning  but the diffuser still helps .. and i just discovered that adjustment on my flash :duh: .. it is amazeing what ya can learn when people post lil tid bits like that .. like how when someone asked about manual focus on there camera and then i went and looked at mine and low and behold there it is  i know im a newbie and still learning .. thanks for the lil tip and makeing me look .. :p:
