Can African Clawed Frogs get Ich?

I've noticed that one of my 3 zebra danio has been showing signs of Ich (small white spots on fins, caught one rubbing against a plant..), I've removed the danios from my 20g tank and and all I have left are 2 (small, froglet) Clawed Frogs, an Apple Snail and a half dozen Ghost Shrimp. The Frogs do not appear to have any signs of Ich and seem healthy.

I am going to test the water today after work but I get the feeling the danios may of been stressed due to the fact there are only 3 of them and while I did at one point have 4 one had died last week and since then they have been chasing/fin nipping quite often at each other. The Ich does not appear severe yet, just a few white spots on the fins.

I know snails and shrimp are immune and I can't seem to find any information that would indicate a clawed or dwarf clawed frog has ever contracted ich and since everything I've read seems to indicate that the cure is worse than the disease when it comes to amphibians and invertebrates and ich would it be best to just allow the ich to die out since it now has no host?

Any advice would be helpful thanks!

I don't think they can, I'm fairly certain dwarf's don't. Years ago when I had ADF's I had an ich outbreak or two and they never got sick.

Since my 20g only has 2 ACF 1 Apple Snail and 6 Ghost Shrimp would it be safe to assume that without a host the Ich would die out after a month or so? I'd rather not treat it when there's no hosts and using salt/chemicals would do more harm than good.. cranking the heat up on ACFs would also be a terrible idea as well I would assume..

A month should be plenty of time for it to clear up. 70-75 is the suggested temp for ACF's so I wouldn't push it past upper 70's.
