All else fails, that garlic will flavor up the fish quite nicely. I'm kidding! I've heard of it as being a food additive for fish, but not for ich treatmet. My last bout of ich I just cranked up the temp to as high as I could get and the fish would tolerate, increased aeration and water changes and it went away quickly.
