Hey guys

I have a 10g (i am startin to think it is a 15-20 tho cause the 10g at big als were reallly small) anyway i just got plants for it and they are growing like CRAZY!!

I was wondering if ya'll think i could get some more fish? I was thinking maby a group of 6 H Rasboras?

Or would i be overstocked ???

P.S. i now have been doin twice weekly water changes

Just A question, what are your tank dimensions? If you think its more then a 10g then it would be greaty to find out before adding fish.

50 meters? im talling you right now its bigger than 10 gallons... but if you meant centimeters, then it is a 15 gallon

lol ya my bad i ment to say cm ...... but i wish i ment m! lol so ya, ya think i could get a group of rasboras?...any other suggestions? or should i not?

I would think your overstocked as it is by one neon tetra. I may be wrong.

i would get a new filter before anything... your current filter is not putting out enough gallons per hour, since i am pretty sure that that one works best for 10 gallon fish tanks. thats what i would do first. then, you should get the two skirt tetras, and then another two a week later, to round out the school at 6.

Cory what are your current water parameters? And if you really want Rasboras I would add 2 or 3 tops. Even so you'll need to be on top of water changes like crazy. You have alot of bio-load in that tank with those plants.

......all i know bout me water is i got a test done BEFORE i got my plants and it was perfect i know that for SURE , but about the bio load R? my plants making it larger wow i did not know that? and yes i was thinking bout a new filter, the story bout the small filter is my dad started the as i call it "tank of dead" when i was real young....guy said at first that it was a 10g so me dad got everything for a 10g tank.

OWWW YA and what filter can i get that is the right size for my tank but still takes the same sponges? i would wanna put the sponges right into the new filter as i do not have the space to run both my old and new filter
