Can marine fish survive in 1.035

I just want to make sure my refractometer is wrong and that my water isn't this high. All my fish seem happy and healthy.

They probably have long term negative effects, is your refractometer reliable? Try another and try to come to an exact conclusion. The salinity should be between 1,023 and 1,025 for greater comfort of the species.
