Can someone explain fins to me?

I know that the pectoral fins are the ones on the side that they swim by, and the dorsal fin is the one on the top, right? But which is the caudal fin? Someone told me it is the one on the bottom, but some of my fish have two different fins on the bottom. and are the fins on the bottom that differentiate a livebearing female called something else than on a male?

Could someone please give me a nice, elaborate description of the names and locations, and descriptions?]
