ide say Possibly clowns and balas, fish size/tank size dependant and no to the cory's they dont get big enough to not be a snack

Corys will be a nice snack for an oscar that size. I wouldnt put a bala with an oscar either. Try a group of clown loaches or some columbian sharks.
