So why should they be sued because she has no self-control over her spending habits. She has sued before for the same reason and WON. Getting a clear picture here of the courts for allowing her to sue and the financial institution for lending based on name recognition and not credit worthiness.

Most people who actually get taken advantage of like that get their clocks cleaned. How are they taking advantage of her when she is able to pay? It's apparently been too long since she looked at a price tag.
