I think my grandmas cat is about 28 pounds, but it also has something wrong with it. My biggest cat is 20 pounds, but hes also long. When he jumps up on me to stretch, his front paws hit me above my waist
BUT why is this cat eating 6 lbs of food a day?!?!? Did I read that right?
Seriously, how the hell do you get an overweight pet? I guess since most of my pets live outside and only get fed once in the morning and afternoon. I can't comment on other peoples animal care practices. But, com'on that is just ridiculous.
it si easy to get a fat animal... keep feeding them and dont let them exersicse.
I have a Cockerpadle / Poodle Mix. :dog:
during the winter we feed him Wight Control beucase he is no outside as well. BUT, during the summer, he goes in and out as he pleases becuase we have a swinging door installed for him. Also we ahve 6 acres for him to run, and he loves to run with the horses.
I also know from owning dogs, if you feed a animal WET food it will eat until it kills its self. My dogs have always recived dry food. I fill the bowl in the morning, when it is empty i re fill it. I ALWAYS keep the bowl full, my dog is not fat at all. He eats as he pleases. Anyway... i am done my rant now...
