Celestial Pearl Danio Tankmates

My LFS has CPDs, and they look so awesome that I'm considering redoing my 20L into a CPD tank.

What make good tank mates for CPDs?

Here's what I'm considering:
Oto catfish
Kuhli loaches
Endler's livebearers
Amano shrimp
Horned nerite snails

Think these will all do well together? Does anyone have any suggestions/successes they'd like to share?

I would say all of those would be good, with the exception of the endlers. With mine they were always a bit skittish, just my experience. Plus with endlers you will eventually have a ton of them. My vote is just a large group of cpds, with the other list besides the endlers.

I just got some rosy loaches, they're from the same areas as CPDs, I may get some again soon. That said, I'm not into liverbearers but any of the others will be ok. I like to keep kuhlis in a long footprint, at least 5 or 6 so they're not shy. Otos need an established tank & friends. I kept CPDs with tiny rasbora maculatus & cherry shrimp, not many shrimp babies but amanos are bigger & can't breed in FW, you should be fine.

Yeah, that's what I figured with cherry shrimp. I have a few in my 20 right now, but I'm thinking of downgrading them to a 10 so the CPDs don't eat the young.
