What in particular do you need help with?
You can keep the same substrate, all you have to do is take out all the water and replace it with fresh.
Make sure there's no fish in there though. Keep an eye out for amonia spike, if not, and the tank stays cycled after the drop in salinity, then stock it and you're done.
